RETURNS & REFUNDS

ALL ITEMS excluding CUSTOM & Grazing Muzzles (Ready to Ship, Wild Rag Slides, Wild Rags, Ect.) are returnable within 14 days and must be returned in the same condition as it was when received. You are responsible for return shipping costs to return item(s) back to us.

CUSTOM ITEMS made per customers instruction, refunds are not given. 
However, if there is a functional issue with your item, I will do everything within my power to fix and correct said issue. The item must be in unused condition.
I'm a firm believer in making my customers happy and satisfied with their purchase.

Exchanges are not offered due to items being one-of-a-kind 

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
