RETURNS & REFUNDS

ALL ITEMS excluding CUSTOM & Grazing Muzzles (Ready to Ship, Wild Rag Slides, Wild Rags, Ect.) are returnable within 14 days and must be returned in the same condition as it was when received. You are responsible for return shipping costs to return item(s) back to us.

GreenGuard Grazing Muzzles: Domestic Returns (USA only)
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase regardless of whether items have been used. Items must be cleaned prior to returning.

Instructions: 

E-mail us at elkhollowdesigns@gmail.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for your return. You are responsible for return shipping costs to return item(s) back to us. Please clean all items before returning. A $10 cleaning fee may be deducted from your refund if items are dirty. 

Prep Your Return:

All four (4) muzzle straps must be included with any returned muzzles.
Undo any straps from the muzzle and halter before shipping.
Clean any dirt or hair from used items.
Use an appropriately sized bag or box. Do not bend or squish the muzzle in a package that is too small.

How the Return is Processed:

After your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the account that was used for purchase. Please note that original shipping costs are not eligible for refund.

CUSTOM ITEMS made per customers instruction, refunds are not given. 
However, if there is a functional issue with your item, I will do everything within my power to fix and correct said issue. The item must be in unused condition.
I'm a firm believer in making my customers happy and satisfied with their purchase.

Exchanges are not offered due to items being one-of-a-kind 

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
